1. Email the editors
For questions about our content, tips, partnership requests and anything else: kontakt@topicdrill.com
We usually reply within a few working days, but we can't promise a fixed response time. We read messages in English and German.
2. Report an error
Our pages have an error-report button ("Report an error"). It sends your note straight from the page in question – the page address is included automatically, and your email address is optional (only needed if you'd like a reply). We check every report against the official sources and correct mistakes openly. You can read how this works under methodology & sources.
3. Privacy and member accounts
For access to, correction or deletion of your data, and to delete your member account: datenschutz@topicdrill.com. Details are in our privacy policy.
4. What we can't help with
- No legal or tax advice: we can't review your individual case or assess decisions, contracts or applications for you.
- Not an authority: we don't book appointments, accept applications or have access to your records at any office. You'll find the right citizens' office, waste service and other offices on our city pages.
- Please don't send us copies of ID documents, tax IDs, official letters or health information.
5. Postal address

FAQ
Q01Can you help me with my application or tax assessment?
Sorry, no. We can't give individual legal or tax advice. Please contact the responsible office, an advice centre, a payroll tax assistance association (Lohnsteuerhilfeverein) or a tax adviser.
Q02Is Topicdrill the Bürgeramt or another authority?
No, Topicdrill is a private, independent information service. Appointments, applications and decisions go through your local office – our city pages tell you which one is responsible.
Q03How do I report a mistake in an article?
The quickest way is the error-report button on the page in question – the page address is sent automatically. Or email us with a link to the page.
Q04How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few working days. We're a small team, so we can't promise a fixed response time.
